1) Register Microsoft Script Runtime:

Start > Run > type: "regsvr32 scrrun.dll" (without quotes) and click Ok

2) If the Register Server fails to register scrrun.dll successfully, or this does not solve the problem:

Locate the file listed below in the Support folder on the PedCath CD.  If you do not have access to the PedCath CD, you can download the file from the Microsoft website by clicking the filename below.

For Windows 2000:  Locate and run the file scripten.exe (download)

For Windows 95, 98 & NT 4: Locate and run the file scr56en.exe (download)
